Property Right Latest Casualty of Activist Judges

All a city, county, or state official needs to do is produce an estimate of how much more revenue would be produced for the government to spend and they can justify condemning our property under this expanded definition of eminent domain.
Justice O’Connor wrote, “Any property may now be taken for the benefit of another private party.”

The Gay Gene: Going, Going...Gone

Using "biology" as a stamp of legitimacy, homosexual activists have pushed for special rights, from sex-partner subsidies to "gay marriage" to adoption. There is no scientific evidence to support such claims, and it is wrong and dangerously misleading to say that people are born homosexual and cannot change.
